Turn artist intelligence into decisions, campaigns and evaluation.
Musicata Pro gives lecturers and students a configured route from connected artist intelligence
to documented marketing and release decisions, CampaignManager activity where selected, and
Reporter evaluation. The institution defines the course, cohort, teaching brief, access and data boundaries.

- Configured education use
From artist evidence to decisions students can defend.
An education partnership selects the Musicata Pro capabilities that support a defined
course, cohort and teaching brief. Students can examine connected artist intelligence,
document a marketing or release decision, use CampaignManager where selected, and
evaluate the work through Reporter.
The institution retains control of the learning outcomes, assessment, access and data
boundaries. Education access is scoped as a pilot or partnership and is not presented as
the standard active-roster commercial model shown elsewhere on this product page.
Your label, distribution, or management team gets the roster command centre. Compare
artists, surface integrity risk, spot momentum, plan campaigns, understand geographic
demand, and report from one cross-referenced environment.

Artist Lab for the artist.
The artist gets their own workspace for music, audience, social, streaming, fans,
traffic, promotion, TourManager, daily guidance and, when selected, CampaignManager.
It carries your brand, so your service remains visible where the work happens.

Connection · 03
One shared artist record.
Both licences work from the same cross-referenced record. Your team can see the roster
pattern, the artist can see their priorities, and each side is acting on the same
evidence instead of reconciling separate spreadsheets after the decision.

Artist Lab · July 2026The connected artist licence turns the organisation's intelligence into a daily workspace the artist can use.
Most platforms stop at the dashboard. Musicata Pro connects the decision to
the person who acts.
It sits above 12 activity domains and can evaluate up to 1,200 fields and observations
in its daily cycle. Five capabilities interpret the relevant shared record, while the connected
Artist Lab licence carries the priority into the artist's daily work.
StreamShield · 01
See streaming risk before it becomes a penalty.
StreamShield monitors the roster for patterns associated with artificial streaming,
playlist manipulation, and manufactured growth. Risk levels, contributing factors,
alert trends, artist rankings, and investigation notes give your team an earlier,
documented basis for intervention before a DSP decision lands without context.
Risk seen early
StreamShield · fraud monitoringThe catalogue-wide integrity view - alert trends, risk distribution, and the highest-risk artists ranked. July 2026 build.
AgentRadar · 02
Find the breakout before your competitors do.
AgentRadar turns roster fit, availability, seeking status, momentum, and live
breakout alerts into a first-mover feed. Your team can track prospects, compare
composite scores, and move promising acts into the roster before public attention
turns discovery into a competitive auction.

AgentRadar · early discoveryThe marketplace feed - first-mover recommendations, weekly momentum per act, and breakout alerts as they land. July 2026 build.
TourManager · 03
Geographic intent, sized for booking.
TourManager brings listening, audience, and geographic demand into the routing
conversation. Use it to identify warm markets, compare regional activity, and
give booking teams a clearer evidence base for where an artist should investigate
venues, partners, or live opportunities next.
Where to play next
CampaignManager · 04
Turn the next move into a managed campaign.
CampaignManager helps the organisation and artist shape a campaign around a real
release and a measurable goal. Coordinate posts and approvals, create trackable
smart links and pre-save journeys, capture fan details, and bring the results back
into the artist record so the next briefing starts with evidence. It is an additional
per-artist module and requires core Musicata Pro.
Plan to post
CampaignManager · campaign workspaceThe artist and organisation can coordinate the goal, schedule, approvals, smart links, and tracking from one campaign record.
Reporter · 05
Give every stakeholder the same answer.
Reporter turns the shared artist record into structured outputs for roster reviews,
management meetings, artist conversations, and internal reporting. Export the view
your audience needs without rebuilding the analysis from twelve source systems.
One version of the truth
- White-label included
Your artists see your service, not ours.
White-label is included in the proposition. Musicata Pro and the connected
Artist Lab can carry your logo, colours, domain, favicon, footer, and support contacts.
The artist stays inside the service relationship you have built.
Underneath that experience, Music Intel operates the cross-reference and capability
layer. Your organisation decides how the service is positioned to the roster and how
artist access is introduced.

In industry voice
Q.01What is Musicata Pro?+
Musicata Pro is the B2B roster operating platform for labels, distributors, and management
companies. Its daily cycle can evaluate up to 1,200 artist-level fields and observations
across 12 data domains, then organise relevant signals into prioritised views for risk,
momentum, touring, campaigns and reporting.
Q.02What do we receive for each artist?+
Each active artist in the agreed scope creates two connected licences: one Musicata Pro licence inside the organisation
roster environment and one Artist Lab licence for the artist. Both work from the same
cross-referenced artist record.
Q.03How is Musicata Pro priced?+
Musicata Pro is sold B2B. Core access is structured around active-artist licensing and can
be packaged through roster packs, volume terms, or an annual enterprise MSA. CampaignManager
is an additional per-artist cost and is not sold without core Musicata Pro. Commercial proposals
are issued for the agreed roster and operating model.
Q.04Which capabilities does Musicata Pro provide?+
Core Musicata Pro brings StreamShield, AgentRadar, TourManager, Reporter, the connected
Artist Lab licence, and included white-label deployment into the roster workflow.
CampaignManager is available for an additional cost per artist and requires core Musicata Pro.
Q.05Can I use my own brand?+
Yes. White-label is included. Musicata Pro and Artist Lab can carry your logos, colours,
domain, favicon, footer, and support contacts so the artist remains inside your service relationship.
Q.06How is Musicata Pro different from a DSP dashboard?+
A DSP dashboard explains one platform. Musicata Pro cross-references 12 otherwise separate
activity silos, compares artists across the roster, and gives both the organisation and artist
a connected place to act on the result.
Q.07How do we onboard?+
Start with a capability briefing. You provide the artist list and existing identifiers;
Music Intel handles catalogue setup and integration configuration. The commercial structure
is agreed against the active roster, required modules, and operating model.
Q.08Does Musicata Pro recover missing royalties?+
No. Musicata Pro runs and develops the roster. BlackBox Royalty Investigator is the separate
platform for investigating missing or underpaid royalties and building the evidence record.
Bring one artist. We will show you what your current dashboards miss.
Start with one artist, the two connected licences, and a clear view of the relevant fields
and observations drawn from 12 data domains. Then decide how far across the roster to go.
