Live probe.
This page runs server-side on every request. Service indicators are live: the API probe hits api.musicata.io/health with a 4-second timeout, the dashboard probe hits app.musicata.io, and the catalogue / editorial indicators read freshness markers from the API (Today in Music endpoint, Field Notes index).
If you reach this page during an outage and any indicator shows red, that is the same view we have - the failure is real, not stale cache.
Incident communication.
Active customers are notified by email when service-affecting incidents are identified. Notifications go to the technical contact registered on the engagement.
For urgent operational issues outside business hours, customers with an active engagement have a direct on-call contact provided at the start of the engagement.
Roadmap.
A full historical status dashboard with 30 / 90 / 365-day uptime - and per-service incident timelines - is on our 2026 roadmap. We are evaluating Better Stack and Atlassian Statuspage. Until then this live-probe page is canonical.
