Touring decisions are expensive, local and made before the outcome is known. TourManager
improves the evidence going into that decision by bringing several independent views of
geographic attention into the same artist record. It shows direction and context. It does not
promise attendance, ticket sales or venue economics.

- The four uses
For agents. For managers. For promoters.
Markets · human activity · artist record · judgement
01
TourManager - compare the markets
Bring gig history, bot-filtered human web activity, streaming geography and YouTube country context into one view. Add city-level Spotify listeners where the source data supports it, then compare markets on a consistent basis.
- Corroborated geography · city detail where supported · directional
02
Separate people from noise
Bot-filtered human web activity helps stop automated attention from distorting the touring conversation. It does not promise a ticket sale. It gives agents, managers and promoters a more credible input to discuss.
- Human web activity · streaming context · no attendance guarantee
03
Keep the route beside the artist record
Touring direction sits beside the artist’s wider career activity instead of living in a separate heatmap. The team can compare geographic attention with releases, campaigns and the artist’s own view before committing to a route.
- Musicata Pro roster view · connected Artist Lab · shared context
04
Support the booking conversation
Use the evidence to rank which markets deserve deeper human investigation. Venue choice, ticket pricing, deal terms and final routing still belong to the people with local knowledge and responsibility for the tour.
- Decision support · transparent limits · human judgement required
- Engagement model
TourManager begins with Musicata Pro.
Core Musicata Pro starts per active artist. That creates an organisation licence for the
responsible team and a connected Artist Lab licence for the artist. White-label is included.
The engagement is scoped around the active artists whose touring decisions your team needs
to support. We do not advertise a separate fixed-format Tour Brief or agency seat product.
- Pricing
Enterprise only. Contact us.
We do not publish numeric pricing. The proposal can use a fixed, metered or mixed B2B
commercial shape based on the active artist scope and agreed service requirements.
Tell us which artists and markets are under consideration. We will demonstrate the current
data available, its limits and the operating scope we can support.
No. TourManager provides directional evidence about where verified forms of artist attention are building. It does not guarantee attendance, ticket sales, venue fit or the economics of a tour.
How accurate is city-level data?+
City-level Spotify listeners are used where the underlying data supports that detail. Other sources may resolve at a broader geographic level. We keep those differences visible and use the result for comparison, not as an exact count of people who will buy a ticket.
Which inputs does TourManager use?+
The current view combines gig history, bot-filtered human web activity, streaming geography, YouTube country context and city-level Spotify listeners where the data supports it. Each source contributes context rather than pretending to be a complete demand forecast on its own.
Does it replace promoter, venue or box-office knowledge?+
No. It is designed to make the first routing conversation better. Promoter history, venue availability, local market conditions, costs and contractual restrictions must still be assessed by the responsible team.
How is TourManager licensed?+
TourManager is a Musicata Pro capability. Core Musicata Pro starts per active artist, with one organisation licence and one connected Artist Lab licence for that artist. White-label is included.
Know where to investigate before you commit.
Tell us the active artists and markets you are considering. We will show you what TourManager
can currently evidence, where the data is directional and where human local knowledge must lead.
