Musicata Pro works alongside catalogue delivery, reporting, accounting and royalty systems.
It gives internal teams richer cross-referenced analytics and includes a connected Artist Lab
for every active artist in the agreed scope. Lead with either responsibility; the licence pair
stays connected under your own brand.
Built to augment
Your systems. More intelligence.
Keep the systems that run distribution. Add the connected intelligence your internal teams need and a branded experience that gives artists more value.

01
Deeper intelligence beside your core stack
Cross-reference artist, release, audience, territory and risk context without replacing catalogue delivery, statements, accounting, royalty operations or the embedded systems your business already depends on.
Monitor bot-inflation and fraud patterns across the active roster before a concern becomes a DSP penalty or damages the platform relationship. Findings support investigation without claiming that a low-risk reading proves legitimacy.
Every active artist in the agreed Musicata Pro scope creates a connected Artist Lab licence. You choose how the included artist experience is introduced under your brand, with onboarding and support defined for the programme.
- Included white-label · connected Artist Lab · one shared record
04
Reporter - structured outputs
Create consistent, structured outputs from the same artist record used by your internal team and the artist. Reduce the manual work of reconciling different dashboards into a single account.
Coordinate social content, approvals, smart links, pre-save and fan capture using the artist’s actual music data. Activate it only for the artists whose campaigns you are managing.
- Additional per active artist · core Musicata Pro required
- Engagement model
Start with a defined cohort.
Scope a Proof of Value around a representative group of artists, the data available and
the decisions your team needs to improve. Agree the measures and the next decision before
the work begins.
The scope can test internal distribution intelligence, the branded artist experience,
or both. Every active artist in the agreed scope creates the connected licence pair;
wider licensing starts per active artist and white-label is included.
We do not publish numeric pricing. Distributor proposals are scoped to the active roster,
CampaignManager activations and agreed implementation and service responsibilities.
The commercial proposal can use a fixed, metered or mixed B2B shape. It will state what
is core, what is additional and which service commitments apply.
Go deeper into distribution risk and artist context.
Use these Field Notes as editorial perspective when deciding which roster, release or artist cohort a Proof of Value should test. They are not product-performance evidence.
Does Musicata Pro replace our distribution platform?+
No. Musicata Pro is an intelligence and workflow layer beside the systems you already use for catalogue delivery, statements, accounting and royalty operations. It adds a cross-referenced roster view and a connected branded artist experience without requiring a platform migration.
How is Musicata Pro licensed for a distributor?+
Core Musicata Pro starts per active artist. Each active artist in the agreed scope creates two connected licences: the distributor organisation licence and the artist’s Artist Lab licence. A distributor can lead with the internal analytics responsibility and decide how the included artist experience is introduced, but the paired licence remains the commercial unit.
Is white-label included?+
Yes. White-label is included with Musicata Pro. The exact brand and deployment treatment is agreed during implementation, but it is not positioned as a separate paid feature.
Does a clean StreamShield result guarantee legitimate streaming?+
No. StreamShield monitors bot-inflation and fraud patterns in the data available to it. A low-risk or clean-looking result does not prove that every stream is legitimate, and final action remains with the responsible distributor and platform.
What does the artist receive?+
The artist receives a connected Artist Lab licence working from the same artist record as the distributor’s organisation view. That makes the intelligence part of the artist relationship rather than an internal-only compliance screen.
Is CampaignManager part of the core licence?+
No. CampaignManager requires core Musicata Pro and is an additional cost per active artist. A distributor can activate it for the artists whose social campaigns it is directly coordinating.
Prove the value on a defined cohort. Scale only if it works.
Tell us whether the first priority is internal analytics, artist benefits or both. We will agree
the cohort, inputs, success measures and review point before the Proof of Value begins.
